Real estate talent partner Hintel Middle East launches official business entity in Saudi Arabia
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – August 2026
Hintel Middle East, the real estate-focused talent consultancy and part of the deverellsmith group, has launched its official business entity in Saudi Arabia.
The new entity allows Hintel to transact directly with businesses across the Kingdom as a fully licensed operator, formalising a presence that supports the continued growth of the Saudi real estate sector.
Saudi Arabia's real estate market remains one of the region's most active, with giga-projects including NEOM, Diriyah Gate, The Red Sea and Qiddiya continuing to draw sustained domestic and international investment across residential, commercial and hospitality assets, according to CBRE's Q2 2026 market review.
Vision 2030 continues to underpin this momentum, with non-oil economic activity and government capital expenditure supporting an expanding pipeline of infrastructure and development projects across the Kingdom.
Hintel's UAE operation has built a reputation for supplying high-calibre real estate talent that delivers long-term value, drawing on the deverellsmith group's years of collective leadership expertise across the built environment.
The Saudi Arabia entity will apply the same principles, mission and values to its offering in the Kingdom, giving KSA-based developers, investors and operators direct access to Hintel's full suite of recruitment solutions: Advisory, Executive Search, Embedded Talent Partner, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Recruitment, and Project Recruitment.
Tom Brooks, Director and Country Lead for Saudi Arabia, will lead the entity's operations.
Brooks brings over 18 years of experience exclusively across the GCC region, specialising in Saudi Arabia for the last decade, with specialist expertise in tourism and hospitality, sports, entertainment and leisure, and commercial mixed-use and residential projects.
"Saudi Arabia's real estate sector is undergoing a scale of transformation few markets in the world can match, and businesses here need a talent partner who understands both the ambition of Vision 2030 and the realities of hiring in a fast-moving market," comments Andrew Deverell-Smith, Founder of the deverellsmith group.
"Establishing Hintel as a licensed operator in the Kingdom was a natural next step. It means we can now work directly alongside Saudi businesses to build the teams that will deliver these projects, rather than supporting them from a distance."
